We have been closely monitoring the situation concerning COVID-19 and following the CDC guidelines within the office. We have made many changes to ensure the safety of both our patients and our staff as we begin the reopening of our office on Monday, May 18th, 2020; resuming regular hours of Monday & Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Our waiting room has been rearranged to ensure the 6-foot distance between patients.
Our staff will be wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) recommended by the CDC. We have installed plexiglass barriers at both our front and optical desks for extra protection for you and our staff. The past few months we have utilized patient operated credit card machines and will continue to do so to help prevent the spread of germs. The optical department will be open for adjustments and orders while still enforcing the 6-foot distance between patients.
We will be conducting symptom questionnaires and temperature checks on all patients entering the building and will be requiring that all patients wear a mask during your time in the office. If you don't have a mask with you at the time of your visit, we have some that our staff can provide for you.
We are asking that our patients call or text (406) 443-2121 to reschedule their appointments with us if they are having any respiratory symptoms and are showing signs of a fever. If you have recently traveled out of state, please follow the same guidelines and self-quarantine for 14 days. We look forward to seeing you all!
